Our principal lawyer, Adewale Oladejo, has over 15 years of legal practice experience including over 8 years in Australian Immigration Law, Practice & Procedure.

Adewale holds a Bachelor of Laws, LLB (Honours) degree and has also completed Master of Public International Law at the University of Melbourne in 1999. He subsequently attended the College of Law, Sydney for his practical legal training and has been an Australian lawyer following his admission as a Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2002.

He has since practised law in Melbourne. Prior to becoming the principal at Visatec Legal, his Immigration legal career included some 6 yearsu2019 experience working variously in a specialist Immigration Law Firm as well as obtaining position as the senior lawyer / migration agent with a large non-profit migrant resource centre, both in Melbourne. He is also registered as a migration agent with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA), MARN: 0316370

Experience is extensive with mostly successful outcomes and touches on key areas of Immigration practice including Corporate migration, Employer sponsorships, General Skilled Migration, SkillSelect, Partner and Family visas, Migration Review Tribunal (MRT) cases as well as Student and citizenship matters.

His vast experience in Department of Immigration (DIAC) applications, Migration Review Tribunal (MRT) matters and Judicial Appeals coupled with hard work and an abiding commitment to client-focused representation ensures you get the best possible advice at all times with your Immigration and Visa issues.

Adewale is an alumnus of the Melbourne University Law School (MLS) since 1999 and is a proud participant in the MLS Mentor Program for students in the Juris Doctor program.
