Antonio Mancia

Antonio Mancia

Senior Compensation Solicitor

Before joining Gerard Malouf and Partners as a Senior Compensation Lawyer, Antonio Mancia worked for more than 10 years as a litigation solicitor with a number of nationwide law firms. He also served as a legal advisor for the Chief Minister’s Department of the Australian Capital Territory. In addition to Australia, Antonio has also practiced law in China and Italy.

What Antonio truly enjoys about his work are the highly technical issues he encounters in civil cases, especially those with several defendants. Despite their complexity, he has been able to negotiate favourable outcomes for clients on a regular basis. His experience is not limited to settlements, however; Antonio is litigation veteran who has successfully made major recoveries throughout his career.

Antonio is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales, the Law Society of the ACT, and the Consiglio dell’Ordine degli Avvocati di Roma in Italy. He has two Bachelor of Laws degrees: one from the University of Rome Tor Vergata and the other from the AustralianNationalUniversity in Canberra. Antonio also has a diploma in Chinese Commercial Law from the People’s University of China in Beijing, and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Italian, and Spanish.
