Lauren Gidley

Specialist Will Dispute Lawyer

After initially completing a Bachelor of Communications majoring in Social Theory at the University of Technology in 2001, it was my time working as a Trust Administrator at the NSW Trustee and Guardian that piqued my interest in the law. I subsequently commenced studying Law through the Legal Profession Admission Board and, in 2010 was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW.

In 2006 I moved to a private trustee company where I was employed firstly as a Paralegal, and later as a solicitor. During this time I was able to expand on the estate administration knowledge I had previously gained, and was responsible for providing estate planning services to external clients, and probate, conveyancing, litigation and legal advice services to internal clients.

Throughout my career the focus of my work has been primarily on Wills and Estates law and in 2011 I commenced studying a Masters of Applied Law (Wills & Estates) through the NSW College of Law.

Outside work I enjoy spending time with my husband and our daughter, and our family and friends. I also enjoy playing netball, travelling overseas and painting.u201d
