Sarah Mitchell




Sarah Mitchell joined Andrew Rogers Lawyers in 2006 having previously gained valuable experience through employment with a respected Adelaide law firm.

After graduating from Queenslandu2019s Griffith University Law School with Honours in 1999, Sarah spent time investigating her interests through various job opportunities and extensive overseas travel before returning to her love of the law and a decent argument in 2003 when she was admitted to practice in South Australia.

Sarahu2019s main practice areas are Dispute Resolution and Family and Domestic Partnership Law.

Her work includes:


  • Assisting clients involved in disputes of wide ranging nature to achieve satisfactory outcomes without resorting to Court action, where possible.
  • In the event that Court action is necessary, representing clients in relation to Magistrates, District and Supreme Court matters.
  • Advising clients in relation to Family and Domestic Partnership Law matters.

Sarah works part-time and enjoys assisting colleagues Tom Mead and Julie-Ann Simkin when required. She also enjoys involving herself in the firmu2019s marketing activities.

Sarah is a member of the Law Society of South Australia. She lives in the Onkaparinga region with her husband and two young boys with whom she enjoys regular camping adventures.
