Steven graduated from Melbournes LaTrobe University in 1989 with a degree in Arts. He joined the Australian Federal Police in 1990 and transferred to Sydney in 1995. Steven was admitted as a solicitor in 2003.As with Tim O’Connor, Steven represents and advises clients on all aspects of Local Government Law and planning and environmental law. In many instances, he can provide Court representation without the need to brief a Brrister.Steven acts in all criminal law matters including AVO and assault proceedings. Steven is a former Federal Police officer and Commonwealth prosecutor and is an experienced advocacte before the Local Court. He also has substantial experience in Federal criminal law matters, including acting in proceedings involving Customs offences such as smuggling, duty evasion and importing prohibited imports.
