Tony Chow

Compensation Solicitor

Tony Chow is a Compensation Lawyer at Gerard Malouf and Partners. He has specialised in personal injury law for more than 10 years.

Tony finished his Honours degree in Psychology from the University of New South Wales. He then completed his Law degree at the University of Sydney.

In the past, Tony has assisted in the formation of certain procedures in major firms. He was also known for having the first pre-filing statement accepted by the Workers Compensation Commission, a tribunal that handles disputes involving medical costs, permanent impairment, and payment for personal property damages.

Tony is incredibly thorough in his work. The painstaking care he devotes to detail gives Tony greater insight into his client’s individual situation, and this gives him a huge edge over the competition.

Tony believes that lawyers are like protectors of the law, looking after individuals who have been hurt as a result of another’s fault or transgression. “I see our duty is to protect our client,” says Tony.

Tony is conversant in Mandarin and Cantonese. He is also authorised to practise in the High Court of Australia.
