With over forty years of experience as a criminal lawyer I am able to help you if you have to go to the Magistrates' Court on a criminal charge.

A little about me.

I commenced studying law in 1965 and I obtained degrees in Law and Economics at Monash University. In 1972 I signed the Victorian Bar roll and became a barrister. Since then I have worked as a criminal lawyer, including a 17 year stint at Victoria Legal Aid (when I became an Accredited Criminal Law Specialist) and also at the Victorian Aboriginal Legal Service. I am still practicing as a barrister and my clerk is Meldrum and Hyland. If you have been charged by police with a criminal offence and you have to go to the Magistrates’ Court, I am able to help you.Call me on 0419 136 728 directly; or call my clerk on 9225 7444 and ask for me. I am happy to discuss your case free of charge. I am on the Victoria Legal Aid Summary Crime Panel so I can get you legal aid if you are eligible, and if you are not, I will only charge you at the legal aid rates. As a barrister I dont employ staff. I will personally look after you all the way through your case.
